This was my response to being wild and free, essentially howling at the moon. The background colors are done with watercolor and are inspired by the colors of the sunset. The wolf in the picture is what I consider a spirit animal to anyone who cannot and will not be tamed !

This was completed totally with black and pink ink. For all who consider themselves warriors in life, punks of all kinds, or for tribal art lovers. Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing this unique piece. or at my Etsy shop:

I wanted to draw the human heart in all its realness and life. One of the most powerful things on this planet, pumping blood so that we can live. Illustrated by me with pen and painted realistically with watercolor.

Let me state first off that I am very anti-Sea World. I cannot support a company who captures whales out of their natural habitats for the sole purpose of exploitation and money making. I decided to paint the lovely and rare narwhal sea mammal, in support of whales and their beauty and significance in the movement to save sea life from human endangerment.
This is an illustration I did with pen, and the background is watercolor.

Mr. Spock

So I might be a little bit of a nerd girl, but in light of Leonard Nimoy's passing, I thought I would share with you my painting of Mr. Spock. This was my first attempt with watercolor, but I feel it has more of an acrylic feel to it, in the color blending.
This subject was of a character with great loyalty and courage
